UI Refresh Terminate Dependent Benefit Issue

Terminate Dependent Benefit

1) Horizontal line is not exist and alignment are not proper under spouse / child information grid.
2) Spouse and Child information grid column border are not exist for some column.
3) Terminate Dependent information popup alignment is not proper.
4) Spouse and Child information grid lines are changed on clicking grid sorting functionality.
5) Not able to verify actual terminate dependent benefit plan because not able to enroll dependent in to plan - ( Already locked issue NF- 322)
