In 'Preparer and/or Translator Certification' section, though how many is selected as '1', five name and address fields are displayed in below scenario.
1. Login as employee
2. In Preboard Tour, open I-9 form
3. Select 'I did not use a preparer or translator.'
4. Deselect 'I did not use a preparer or translator.'

Verified on Production using company EBS exchange. Above mentioned issue is resolved now.

Concern : I9 >> In 'Preparer and/or Translator Certification' section, incorrect number of name and address fields are displayed.
Casue: Fields getting hide once we Select 'I did not use a preparer or translator.' but condition did not handled while deselect this.
Correction: Now Preparer text fields are getting hide on select of 'I did not use a preparer or translator.' and shows preparer fields when Deselect 'I did not use a preparer or translator.'

Correction: Now Preparer text fields are getting hide on select of 'I did not use a preparer or translator.' and shows preparer fields when Deselect 'I did not use a preparer or translator.' 
Verified on Stage using company long for HSPL and city of lake worth for HSPL. Above issue is resolved now.
