      Description

      Verified for IE 11, Google chrome,Mozilla Firefox
      Replication steps:
      1)Login with Partner
      2)Select Xpress_103 company
      3)Select Rate plan design mapping
      4)Select company rates->Select Year From drop down "ALL"
      5)Not filtering plans according to year and selected year is not reflecting in dropdown

            All rates are active for year 2015 & 2016 due to that it always shows same data.

            We have change rate termination date of "testttt" rate.

            Filtering according to year but selected year is not reflecting in dropdown, Its always Showing "All" even though we selected particular year.

            This issue relates to workflow and home page.
            But UI of Xpress_103 company is disturbed,so could not verify on codemap environment
            As discussed with Dev team and Sachin Hingole putting on hold till UI Refresh – BenAdmin gets completed.
