      Test Environment Name: AZURE
      Test Company Name: UI-Refresh
      User details : verified with SA login
      User name: SA
      Password:Apple$1234

      Steps to repro-
      1.Click on Global setting
      2.Click on Group template management
      3.Select Template
      3.Click on Delete Button

      Actual results-Delete button is not working
      Expected results-Delete button should work properly

            Below are the 3C's

            Concern : Delete button is not working on group template management.

            Cause : There was global change done for anchor tag click event in shared JS. Therefore this causing error.

            Correction : We have added href to anchor tag of delete button, now it is working fine.
