      Description

      Verified for IE 11, Google chrome,Mozilla Firefox
      Replication steps:
      1)Login with Partner
      2)Select Xpress_103 company
      3)Select Rate plan design mapping->Benefit Plan design title not present in front of dropdown
      Please refer attached screen shot:
      4)And on selection of benefit type from dropdown benefit type name is half hidden

            As per our old UI there is "Benefit type" as title, and its still missing in codemap.
            And text added is also incorrect.
            Please refer attached screen shot and change accordingly :

            This issue relates to workflow and home page.
            But UI of Xpress_103 company is disturbed,so could not verify on codemap environment
            As discussed with Dev team and Sachin Hingole putting on hold till UI Refresh – BenAdmin gets completed.
