Hello Jayshree Nagpure,
If rate is mapped to any plan then we disable delete button.
And if you checked check box and hit global delete button then only those rates get deleted which are not mapped to any plan. There issue with global delete we have solve that.

This issue relates to workflow and home page.
But UI of Xpress_103 company is disturbed,so could not verify on codemap environment
As discussed with Dev team and Sachin Hingole putting on hold till UI Refresh – BenAdmin gets completed.
