      Description

      Verified for IE 11, Google chrome,Mozilla Firefox
      Replication steps:
      1)Login with Partner
      2)Select Xpress_103 company
      3)Select add benefit plan group->Add package->Click on view rule->According to validation message no drop down is there to select rule

            Verified for Xpress_103 company.
            Rules are able view and select from drop down, Issue is fixed
            Updating item state as Lb on hold.
