While employee is future new hire (hire date is 12-July) login today(10 July) gets pre-board tour. (tour window 7 days). After completing the tour, on finish button, the tour stats again. The loop continues.
Here, it is expected that, dashboard should be displayed to employee.

Steps:
1. Login as employee and start Pre-board tour
2. Complete Pre-board
Actual Results : Pre-board tour loads again.
Expected Result : He should redirect to Dashboard.
