While employee is new hire (hire date is 9-July) login today(10 July) gets pre-board and onboard tour. (tour window 7 days). While managing employee, '1 Day(s) Remaining' not displayed though the New Hire Enrollment Window is of 2 days.

Steps:
1. Login as SA/Partner, and add new hire employee with yesterdays date of new hire.
2. Change New Hire Enrollment Window to 3 days as per snap shot
3. Manage employee and check days remaining in Tour Progress widget
4. Change New Hire Enrollment Window to 2 days as per snap shot
5. Manage employee and check days remaining in Tour Progress widget

Actual Results :
1. While New Hire Enrollment Window is of 3 days, '2 Day(s) Remaining' displayed.
2. While New Hire Enrollment Window is of 2 days, '1 Day(s) Remaining' not displayed, instead, no tours available displayed.

Expected Result : While New Hire Enrollment Window is of 2 days, '1 Day(s) Remaining' should be displayed.
