      Steps:
      1. Login as SA/Partner, and add new hire employee with yesterdays date.
      2. Change New Hire Enrollment Window to 2 days as per snap shot
      3. Login as employee

      Actual Results : Employee gets Benadmin self serve mode directly.

      Expected Result : Employee should get preboard and onboard tours before Benadmin self serve .
