      Steps:
      1. Login as SA/Partner, and add new hire employee with yesterdays date.
      2. Keep New Hire Enrollment Window 30 days
      3. Make sure that, Employee is eligible for onboard tour and BenAdmin self-serve is available.
      4. Login as employee

      Actual Results : Employee gets onboard tour. But on finish button, it reloads.

      Expected Result : Employee should get Benadmin self serve after onboard tour.
