      Description

      Company - UiRefresh QA Test1

      Server - Azure

      Step:-
      1.Login with employee
      2.Navigate to W4 form
      3.Select Single - withholding category
      4.Select Yes - NRA status
      5.Again select No - NRA status

      Actual- Application reset withholding category to nothing

      Expected- It should keep Single as withholding category
