      Description

       - Requirements: Ability to support W4 submission from Non-resident alien

      • Rules: Allow employee to key in "Non-resident alient" or "NRA" on Field 6
      • Rules: When NRA is selected, show error prompt if they did not opt for "Single" under marital status

            Merge Chhaya and Rajiv's changes on W4 Form.
            Remove all conflicts after merge. Unit on local with all changes.
