      Description

      Company - Ui Refresh QA Test1

      Step:-
      1.Login with employee
      2.Start tour
      3.Visit W4 form
      4.Select Yes as NRA status
      5.Application set Single as Withholding category and Non Excempt as Exmption
      6.Now click on Reset

      Actual - Applciation did not make Withholding category and Exemption drop down editible

      Expected - It should make both field editable
