      Description

      1] Login to the application as sa.
      2] Select a company>Onboard>Reports.
      3] Run the "Pending Admin Review Report" without selecting or not selecting date filters.

      Actual Result:
      "No Record Found" message is displaying though there are employee having no class assigned.
      Expected Result:
      Records should be returned.
