Search Employee - On Selecting company it shows records of that company but drop down shows 1st company from list

Log in to http://codemap/Platform
Go to Employee Administration -> Search Employee
Select any other Company name from drop down
Let page load the data
Observe the drop down value

Actual Result - On Selecting company it shows records of that company but drop down shows 1st company from list
Expected Result - Drop down should show selected company name
