Reports->Processing wheel keeps rotating after downloading scheduled report

Environment - Azure
Company - Dev OB Integration

Scenario 1
1] Login to the application as a partner.
2] Navigate to OnBoard>Reports.
3] Click on "Pending Admin Review Report" link.
4] Create a new report, scheduled this report.
5] Once scheduled time is passed click on "View report to download" link.
6] Click on "Download" link.

Actual Result:
Report get downloaded but processing wheel keeps rotating.

Scenario 2
1] Once the report get downloaded refresh the page.
2] Click on "View report to download" link.

Actual Result:
User is not able to downloaded the report as processing wheel keeps rotating and due to this user is not able to click on "Download" link.
