In Tour Builder, under tour eligibility tab, while selecting a new eligibility rule, it is observed that the selection is not getting saved. Due to this, user is not able to apply custom tour eligibility. PFA screen shot.

We have verified the reported issue on Azure environment, However this is not reproducible at our end.
Could you please confirm, this issue still occurring? If not then mark it fixed.
