TSR Integration->Regression>Organization Chart>Server error is displaying after clicking on employee name

Env - Stage
Company - TSR Onboard

1] Add a employee through API.
2] Login to the application as a admin, search and manage employee.
3] Navigate to Organization Chart section.
4] Click on employee name, displaying under the image.

Actual Result:
Server error is displaying.
Expected Result:
Employee information should be display
