On form builder, Not able to save and continue design form layout page.hence not able to create affidavit form.please refer jira ID NF-4128 for same.
Once its get resolved assign this jira back to me.

Pre Condition : Configured Affidavits Form at plan Level

Steps :
1) Partner Login
2) Navigate to Enroll Now Page
3) Direct Click on Enroll Now button

Actual result- Invalid pop up open
Expected result: Affidavit page should be open.
