Pre Condition : Configured Affidavits Form at plan Level
Steps :
1) Partner / Admin / Employee Login
2) Navigate to Enroll Now Page
3) Direct Click on Enroll Now button
4) Affidavits Pop up opened but does not happen for Saving Data
NOTE : That issue occurred only when we directly click on Enroll Now button and affidavits page get open.
