1] Add a employee through API.
2] We are not passing DOB and Gender while adding employee through API.
3] Server error is observed for such employees on below pages:

1] Admin Login>Manage Employee>Confirmation Statement
2] Employee Login>Enroll Now>Select Basic Life from dropdown to enroll

Hi Kunal,
We are fixing issue #1 in this JIRA. For #2 we are creating another JIRA where we will track all BenAdmin related fix of DOB & Gender.
Code fix done and moved for #1.

We have verified the fix for #1 (i.e. Confirmation Statement error), the issue is still reproducible.
Steps:
1] Add employee through API.
2] Login as sa>Manage Employee>Click on "Confirmation Statement" link.
Server error is displaying.
Refer attached screenshot and error log for more details.

It's working now, please check. I have checked on LB-> Cityoflakeworth company
We have verified the fix on Local (wt-stage) environment for #1 (i.e. Confirmation statement error), now server error is not displaying for employee added through API. We can deploy fix to Stage.

Both these issue are applicable if Admin traverses to employee level - BenAdmin before employee has completed workflow. In this case, DOB & Gender of employee is not present in system.
#1: Error on Confirmation statement from Admin level-
This can be fixed with a check for DateFormat value on cshtml.
#2: Error on EnrollNow - Life from Admin level-
This requires a check to be implemented on enroll now screen that will determine if DOB & Gender are present then only populate benefit types. We also need to check for CorePlanAllocation routines for same criteria.
