TSR Integration>Regression>Server error on different pages due to DOB and Gender is not available for TSR employee

Env - Stage
Company - TSR Onboard

1] Add a employee through API.
2] We are not passing DOB and Gender while adding employee through API.
3] Server error is observed for such employees on below pages:

Server Error on:
1] Admin Login>Manage Employee>Confirmation Statement
2] Employee Login>Enroll Now>Select Basic Life from dropdown to enroll
