1.Login as Partner
2.Home->Company home->Benadmin->Form builder
3click on add new
4.select form type as affidavit
5.Enter mandatory field and click on save and continue button
6.On design form layout, drag and drop text box
7.Click on save and continue
Actual result: Save and continue button not working
Expected Result: save and continue should be work properly.

I have resolved issue for save and continue button not working but
I am getting an Server Error while I tried to open any Affidavit Form in Form Builder. I did analysis on issue and found that this issue is due to your last commit in FormBuilder.vb file, so I am assigning this issue to you, Please check it.
