TSR : User rights / mapping for API access
We have defined API level access rights in system to allow API access to specific system users only. This is not exposed on UI, for now we have to update it from back end only.

We have verified the change on Stage environment, only "tsrapiuser" is able to add/update the employee using API. Verified this information using "APIClientDetails" table. Marking status as "Production Deployment on Hold"

We have verified the change on LB (wt-stage) environment, only "tsrapiuser" is able to add/update the employee using API. Verified this information using "APIClientDetails" table. We can deploy the change to Stage.
