Usability issue- UI is getting affected ,when some checkbox are selected

Steps to repro:-
1.Click on Global settings.
2.Click on OE dashboard
3.Click on Column sequencing
3.Select or deselect checkbox .

Actual results:- UI is getting affected ,when some checkbox are selected.

Expected results:-UI should not get affected ,when some checkbox are selected.
