Env - Stage

Steps:
1] Suppose employee is logged into the application and traversing New Hire mode using one browser
2] Admin is logged into the application using another browser.
3] Admin changes the Copyright text, Site Logo etc.

Actual Result:
Changes are getting reflected in same session for employee

Expcetd Result:
These changes should get reflected when employee relogin to the application.

It seems that changes are not deployed to Stage properly, hence reopening.
