In Employee login, in tour, on I9 form, nothing happens on 'save & continue' button, if error message '..cannot be blank', '...Format Invalid' is open for some of the unselected option in section I.

Verified on Stage using company long. I-9 form is getting saved in above cases in both employee and admin login.

Concern: I9 form not saving
Cause: Older I9 form not worked on new I9 service.
Correction: Updated all I9 changes required for saving form.

As I9 changes are not available on Lb. So, changing status as Ready for Stage
