Steps to repro:
1.Click on Template Management.
2.Select Any template (ANSI,Column-wise,Row-wise)
3.Click on Notes
4.Insert data into Carrier contact area
5.Save it
6.Check OE dashboard
Actual result:-Carrier Contact field is not getting saved properly as it is disturbing UI on OE dashboard.
Expected Result:-Ui should not get disturbed
