Steps to repro:-
1.Click on Global settings.
2.Select OE dashboard
2.Click on Advance Filter
3.Select EDI analyst checkbox
4.Click on Apply Button
5.Deselect SELECTED edi analyst/Make changes in the form
Actual results:-
1)Advance filter form shows deselected Checkbox also.
2)After click on Reset Button also it shows deselected Checkbox

We have checked above scenario, We have not found any issue with this scenario.
