Carrier Contact field is not getting saved properly.

Browser Name: Chrome, IE.11
Test Environment Name: AZURE
Test Company Name: UIRefresh QA Test1
User details : verified with qaexport (Partner) and SA login

Steps to repro:-
1.Click on Template Management.
2.Select Any template (ANSI,Column-wise,Row-wise)
3.Click on Notes
4.Insert data into Carrier contact area
5.Save it
6.Click on Back button or move on to other page.
7.Again go to Notes page

Actual result:-Carrier Contact field is not getting saved properly.

Expected Result:-Carrier Contact field should get saved properly.
