Steps to repro:-
1.Click on Template Management.
2.Select Any template (ANSI,Column-wise,Row-wise)
3.Click on Notes
4.Insert data into Carrier contact area
5.Save it
6.Click on Back button or move on to other page.
7.Again go to Notes page
Actual result:-Carrier Contact field is not getting saved properly.
Expected Result:-Carrier Contact field should get saved properly.

Please find 3'C as below,
Concern:Carrier Contact field is not getting saved properly
Cause : Carrier contact save logic overwritten by some other enhancement chek-in ,because of that carrier contact field is not getting saved properly.
Correction:We have committed required logic again.This we will be available after next deployment.
