Open enrollment dashboard - Deselected Templates showing on OE Dashboard

      Description

      Browser Name: Chrome, IE.11
      Test Environment Name: AZURE

      User details : Verified with qaexport (Partner) and SA login

      Steps to repro:-
      1.Click on Global settings.
      2.Click on Group template management
      3.Create new Group template
      4.Click on Template grouping
      5.Select multiple/all Templates from same company
      6.Set Schedule active ON
      7.Save it
      8.Check OE dashboard-It will display all triggered values on OE dashboard
      9.Click on Global settings->Group template management->Click on Template grouping
      10.Deselect checked Template.
      11.Select another template

      Actual result:-Oe dashboard showing Previous deselected templates.


      Expected Result:-Oe dashboard should work as implementation.

            Adding some more scenarios

            _While testing WT-9801 , I have found that when we turn off schedule , some templates are still showing on OE dashboard , It is giving intermittent results.
            _
            Scenario 1 : 1.Select all templates from CAISO for HSPL.
            2.Active Schedule - ON
            3.Check OE dashboard
            4.Deselect templates from selected templates
            5.Check OE dashboard
            It is showing deselected templates.

            Scenario 2: 1.Select multiple templates from various 3 companies
            2.Active Schedule - ON
            3.Check OE dashboard
            4.Deselect templates from selected templates
            5.Check OE dashboard
            It is showing some deselected templates

            Below are the 3C's
            Concern : Deselected Templates showing on OE Dashboard.
            Cause : There was some issues in triggers which updates these Templates.
            Correction : triggers are updated which causing these issues.
