CA - Not able to start eligible workflow from CA Dashboard Manage Employee Panel

      Description

      Precondition : Admin is able to get eligible workflow on searching employee

      Replication Steps :
      1) CA Login
      2) Search Employee from Manage Employee Panel

      ISSUE : Directly navigate to Employee Dashboard even though doesn't traversed Mode

            Hello [~meghana joshi],

            As per discussion with Swapnil Pandhare, this is default implementation for new UI. Workflow will not be start from Dashboard -> on employee name click.
            Hence rejecting it.
