Description

1. Values of List A, List B and List C are different if compared to PDF
2. Option 'List B & C Documents' should not be included in List A.. Instead, include N/A like in PDF, for better usability.

This B and C Documents option is by design, it not to be change.
A, B and C Documents list are populated from E-verify Web Service

Cause: Not implemented in old I9 form//service
