You can Create new report for Basic Life plan.

First select All Classes and Run report. Observe that there is No records on report.
Then select None Classes and Run report. Observe that there is Records on report.

Verified this issue on Codemap following are our observations:
1, Created new admin
2. Login as admin>> in reports>> standard reports>> select All Classes and Run report. Observe that there is No records on report.
then try by selecting None Classes and Run report. Observe that there is Records on report.

Below are the 3C's:

Corncern:- Enrollment record shows No records.

Cause:- When Classes for company admin is set to none and classes selected in report is all/specific, on pulling report from admin login, incorrect query was created. Due to incorrect query, records were not getting fetched.

Correction:- Have fixed the query to fetch proper record.

Nothing has been corrected after Sumeet tested.
We verified at our end and we can see records in the report.

We tried the below scenarios on codemap

1. created company admin with flag "Show EE with selected class combination only" flag to "No"

2. By CA login >> in reports>> standard reports>> enrollment>> if we try to pull report with none classes we can see the report.

However if we select particular classes ( say all classes ) we cannot pull the report.

We need to discuss this issue internally weather this customization or behavior is correct or not. Thanks !

Concern: Report - Admin User - Enrollment record shows No records
Cause: When "Show EE with selected class combination only" is set to NO while creating Company Admin and classes selected in report is all/specific,incorrect query was getting formed.Due to incorrect query,records were not getting pulled.
Correction: Have fixed this issue to fetch proper query when "Show EE with selected class combination only" flag is set to "No" to fetch proper records.
