Hi Team,
Admin Users are not able to pull reports from Production where as Partners can. I have a test admin for virgin in production: Please see screen shot below.
This test admin is not able to run following reports, Some are working and some are not working.
Employee Census - working
Dependent Census - working
Eligibility - working
Billing Details - Working
Virgin SU - working
Virgin Atlantic- Enrolled and Terminated Report - not working
Virgin Holidays Enrolled and Terminated Report - not working
Virgin Atlantic - Waives - not working
Virgin Holidays - Waives - - not working
Partner can run report without any issues. Please set correct rights to the other real admin users:
All three users should be able to run any report listed under standard reports without any issues.

Hello Monika,
What exactly the error you are getting on Virgin Atlantic?
Are you getting server error or no records found issue?
Because, we found on Virgin we are getting no records on the reports, which is not an error.
Can you please check the same.
For other clients we are checking the issue

This is access issue,
Which is in progress in and under development: NF-4634
Under Admin users :
Show Employees of selected class(es) combination only: Yes
Currently I have selected All Types option under each class instead of None Option. for all the Admin users on Virgin and
Reports are accessible to all the Admin Users with actual records visible to all users.
Please check now.

Also,
EL Dorado and other groups reports issue was different which is fixed now.
Thank you Prashant Samal for quick turnaround.
I tested with Virgin Admin userid and it is working fine. Will let you know if client face any other issues.

Reports are probably down.. Other group(el dorado) also confirms that reports are not working for them either.
