Hi Team,
Admin Users are not able to pull reports from Production where as Partners can. I have a test admin for virgin in production: Please see screen shot below.
This test admin is not able to run following reports, Some are working and some are not working.
Employee Census - working
Dependent Census - working
Eligibility - working
Billing Details - Working
Virgin SU - working
Virgin Atlantic- Enrolled and Terminated Report - not working
Virgin Holidays Enrolled and Terminated Report - not working
Virgin Atlantic - Waives - not working
Virgin Holidays - Waives - - not working
Partner can run report without any issues. Please set correct rights to the other real admin users:
All three users should be able to run any report listed under standard reports without any issues.
