New UI > Admin Users > Drop Down Menus are overlapping on to header bar

      Description

      Drop Down menus such as 'User Type' , 'Currency', 'Date Format' etc are getting overlapped on Blue Header bar once clicked and scrolled down.

      Steps To Repro

      1) Select any drop down (Click only once on drop down menu and do not select anything)
      2) Scroll Down and check the drop down field

      Result : Selected drop down menu is overlapping the Blue Header bar (PFA screenshot below )

            it is part of bootstrap and behaves according to bootstrap classes.
            Hence it is correct as per design follows.
            if we modify code for that then dropdown will get hidden on page scroll.

            We have regressed this issue on code map using Company - UiRefresh_DC_13536 and observed that issue does not exist.We have keep this ticket on hold still next action decide on UI Refresh
