      Description

      Log in as EE (Make sure EE does not have spouse or child records)
      SSN - 998800000
      User Name - thspl407
      Password@2
      HCM Demo
      Go to Spouse/ Child Page
      Click on Add Dependent button

      actual result - takes two click to open add spouse page (This is intermittent issue), Also happening for edit button too
      expected result - Should open with first click
