Reduction is not working for Basic life

Enrolled into Basic Life - and select coverage- 45000

Reduction - Setting -

We changed his date of Birth - 06/01/1948 and run service

Step:-
1.login with EE
2.Start OE for 2017
3.Enrolled into Basic life - 45000 effective from 01/01/2017
4.Change his age
5.Run reduction service

Actual - Coverage reduction did not display in View Enrollment Summary

Expected- It should reduce as per customization
