            For Flex every year new plan needs to clear. Cost shows on Collapsed view is store in system when user done enrollment and as per no of pay cycles remaining when user enrolled into that plan.

            Cost shown when benefit expands it calculate cost as per current Enrollment Mode effective date , due to that cost is different on collapsed and expanded view.
