3.Employment Date - 11/08/2017

Steps:-
1.Log in with credential
2.Completed New hire mode tunnel with waiving medical plan
3.It redirect to dashboard
4.Now click on Change New Hire link from dashboard
5.New hire workflow started
6.Navigate to Enroll now screen
7.Now enrolled in Medical Plan -
8.Application open PCP pop up
9.Fill PCP details and click on Save

Actual - Server error populate on screen

Expected - Application should Enrolled into medical plan and eligible Vision on screen
