Comments: Once I am done enrolling for Child Supplemental Life, it collapses, shows a popup of document and it expands type Hyatt Voluntary Legal (which was waived before). In between there was type Child Supplemental AD&D which I have not enrolled/waived and it was skipped (see screenshot 1). When I expand it, there are actions that I am supposed to take (see screenshot 2). Can please check why Child Supplemental AD&D was skipped?
Note:I acted on it for this employee because I had to complete the workflow so you might need to use another user.
