Functional - Issue on Confirmation Statement/View Summary.

Plan setting -
Medical - EPO Plan(CHMC CNA) is having eligibility.
this plan will be eligible when employee NOT Enrolled in Opt Out Credit plan.

Scenario -

• Employee Waive Opt Out Credit plan and Enrolled in Medical Plan in OE.
• Employee raise QE dated 01/01/2018 and Enroll into Opt Out Credit plan.
• This change Terminates employee Medical plan.

Expected Result - Medical plan should not show in confirmation statement or on View Enrollment Summary as it is termed due to Ineligibility.
Actual Result - Medical plan showing with Active election.
