Azure -> Import -> All Company -> Unwanted Validation firing on Template name

Company - Barrow for hspl
1)Login with Partner
2)Select company
3)Template management ->Create import template
4) Manual Import/Export -> Select template
5)Don't Browse data file
6)Click on Import

Actual Result : System throws validation message for Template (InCorrect) though its mandatory but template is selected
System throws validation for data file (correct)

Expected : System must throws validation message for only data file as its mandatory and not browsed file
