      Description

      For Confirmation Statement, once you submitted, this is the prompt you see. The huge check mark is unnecessary and not in line with the format of other prompt. Both the image and the button are centralized but the text is not which makes it looks odd too. Can we remove the image and use the same format as other prompt?
