Below are the 3C's:
Concern:- Server error on Employee plan eligibility report
Cause:- Incorrect database connection string was formed.
Connection string was pointing to OnlineEnrollment database instead of Company database.
Database query for Company Admin included 'AdminUserClass' tables. These tables are present in Company DB. The query was getting executed in OnlineEnrollment and could not find 'AdminUserClass' tables.
Correction:- Corrected the connection string, pointing to Company Database
Files affected:-

Affected Area:-
Employee Plan Eligibility Report.
Tested Scenario's:- Tested for Admin login and Company Admin.

Tested Scenario's:- Tested for Admin login and Company Admin. As SoftChoice is not available on CODEMPA,
Hence verified on CHMC Company from CODEMPA, Still getting server error, refer attached image.
No error log generated on CODEMAP for this issue.
