Diana's Comment : For this user, he has three plans to assign beneficiary (see screenshot 1). The second and third plan should not be assign to the employee, which is why if you were to edit, you don’t see employee name from dropdown (see screenshot 2). However, if the beneficiary for first plan is Employee and he use the ‘Assign same beneficiaries to all plan’, all plans will be assign to Employee (see screenshot 3). I was able to save and proceed to next step as well. We should have some validation to ensure we don’t blindly apply where inapplicable when doing the assignment, or at least prompt when clicking on ‘Save’.

and this is same as stage.
Diana's Response - 11/21 - Can please create a new NF for this? We need to introduce a new logic. If the selected beneficiary is not applicable for subsequent plans, it should be left blank so that the employee will still have to fill that in.
