Election Import Fails if Termination date is not mapped

      Description

      In election import, if termination date is not mapped on template, first field is considered as termination date which is most of the times SSN.
      This throws exception while converting the text to date.

      This issues is opened to sync code with UI refresh branch. Old UI JIRA is WT-10878
