            Hi Vijayendra Shinde

            This problem has been resolved, I have run and downloaded the 1095 c report.

            Cause : The Template PDF are not uploaded for pre production.
            Correction : right now Ashwin uploaded the PDF templates on the specified location and it is working fine.
