      Description

      We need to do below task -

      1) Create new company
      2) Do not keep any class or payroll schedule in it
      3) Map only Onboard module
      4) Add different forms with State and DOH eligibility.
      5) Create tour
      6) Test employee login and verify tour should be eligible as per eligibility.
