We have tested Onboard standalone functionality on Stage "Onboard_Standalone" company.
This company have one default Class and No payroll schedule.

Please find testing scenarios -

1) Admin Login - Employee is not visible as employee doesn’t have any class - Fail
2) Employee Login - Employee Demographics data not saving, If we are Saving State then default AK State is saved. - Fail
3) Employee Login - Employee Demographics -> Effective Date is blank Fail
4) Form Eligibility - DOH Scenario for Additional form in tour with Eligibility based on Date of Employement is working as expected Pass
5) Form Eligibility - State Scenario for Additional form in tour with Eligibility based on State is NOT working as expected.
Steps - Create additional form with eligibility of State, Setup employe with No state or different state. Select eligible State in Demographics form in Onboard Tour. After this Form of State should be visible to employee. Its not working
Fail
6) Employee - Can not make any changes like Add Spouse/ Add Child as there is no any event - Fail

Please reverify test cases as discussed . Also, please comment on below use cases :
For fields needed on I9 and W4, we will be utilizing the Demographics form on tour. Team to confirm if the use case are correct.

• Data collected on this form will populate any I9 or W4 form within the same tour.

• Data collected on this form will be saved to the employee record if there are no I9 or W4 attached on the tour.

• For accounts with BenAdmin, Demographics form shown on tour will first pull from employee record (if available).

• For accounts with BenAdmin, I9 and W4 will be pulled from Demographics form (if present) or employee record (if Demographics form is not present)

• For accounts without BenAdmin, I9 and W4 can still work if Demographics form is not present, just that no information will be pulled.

• Information collected from Demographics form will not override employee record.

For accounts without BenAdmin, I9 and W4 can still work if Demographics form is not present, just that no information will be pulled.

• Yes, it works.

Information collected from Demographics form will not override employee record. - It will override employee record.
